This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between NSK Rentals ("Company," "we," or "us") and the renter ("you" or "Renter"). By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends when the vehicle is returned to the designated location. Late returns may result in additional charges.
You acknowledge that you have inspected the vehicle and found it to be in good condition, except as noted on the rental agreement. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
The vehicle may not be used for:
You are responsible for all damage to the vehicle, regardless of fault. We strongly recommend purchasing our insurance coverage. You are also responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, and tolls incurred during the rental period.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If returned with less fuel, you will be charged for the difference plus a refueling service fee.
In case of mechanical failure, contact us immediately. We will arrange for roadside assistance or provide a replacement vehicle when possible. You are not responsible for mechanical failures due to normal wear and tear.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the rental originates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
